You are not cursed with a curse if you don’t tithe as Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law. Tithing is not just a commandment under the Law but traces it’s way back to Abraham who paid tithe to Melchizedek not because he had to but because he chose to. In this teaching you will learn about Tithing and why we give – the motivation for our giving.

For instance, when you have thoughts to lie, steal or fornicate, the Truth that you know tells you that that’s of the devil and through faith in the Truth and power of the Truth, you’re able to and can resist those thoughts until they are subdued. The same approach you take in standing against sickness to claim or receive your healing by faith knowing that in Christ you were healed is the same approach you use when sin knocks at the door of your mind, resisting it in faith knowing that you were (and are) holy in Christ. It’s all about the Truth you know and drawing from the power and life of Christ within you to combat the lies of the enemy. Do you get that? I hope you do.

It’s quite different from the normal approach of begging God to make you holy and pure. Don’t misunderstand me there’s nothing wrong in praying but what is more important is what you say when you pray! For someone to pray, begging God to heal them is a lack of understanding on that person’s part.

Yes, God is still in the business of healing people; however, it is now a benefit of the believer and all that is required is to take it by faith! If healing wasn’t part of the benefits of your salvation by grace then no amount of prayer will make it happen! That’s the truth. Similarly, if holiness wasn’t provided as a salvation benefit by grace then no amount of prayer will make it happen too. You only access through faith what grace has made available.

Through faith you enforce or take authority through the name of Jesus declaring what the outcome should be and it will happen. He gave you the authority to use His name for a reason you know! Until you start taking responsibility through the Word and power of His name you might find out that although you’re saved, there’s isn’t enough physical evidence to prove that you’re a Christian!

Always remember, “It’s easier to fight from the position of victory than fighting to obtain a position of victory!”

Holiness is a fruit of salvation and you’ve already got it, quit trying to get it! If your faith is strong enough to believe that by His stripes you were healed (as a provision of God in Christ for you) even when you feel pain in your body then the same faith is what it takes to believe that you’re already holy in Christ. Sin no longer has dominion over you in Christ anymore than sickness could put you down. You’re not denying that you’re sick in your body but you’re affirming what is true of your spirit which takes precedence over what you feel in your body. Likewise, to live a life of holiness is to look from within your born-again spirit, working out by faith the holiness already present within you.

If you let your physical situation or what you go through in life define who you are and become more real to you than who you are in the spirit then you’ve very well positioned yourself for defeat, disappointment, and a lot of emotional trauma. You need to recognise that you’re first a spirit being who possesses a mind and lives in a body. Until what is true of your spirit takes ascendancy over what you feel in your body, you’ll always remain in a position of defeat begging God to make something happen.

I want you to consider this: it’s much easier and promising to enter a bank and request the amount you desire knowing you’ve already got it in your account rather than praying for it to be there when you know you don’t already have it. Right now, I believe you’re beginning to understand the principle of manifesting holiness. Your part is to release your faith for what is already true of your born-again spirit [your holiness] for a manifestation in your mind and body. So, work it out by renewing your mind with this knowledge. Prayer is good, yet, praying with knowledge is even better. It’s easier to fight from the position of victory than fighting to obtain a position of victory!

Jesus said to Martha, the sister of Mary:

“…Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things.”

“But one thing is needed, and Mary has chosen that good part, which will not be taken away from her.” (Luke 10:41-42)

Instead of being anxious and worried about things, only one thing is needed and that’s hearing, studying, and meditating the Word of God. Jesus Himself said that that is the good part to choose. So, instead of focusing on the problem or giving attention to frivolities, get into the Word and feed yourself till you are full and saturated.

Getting into the Word is a matter of personal choice and it’s evident as seen in the case of Mary has she chose (willingly) to sit at Jesus’ feet and hear His Word. Any other approach to getting God’s attention is a waste of time and considered a distraction by Christ. I can’t but put emphasis on the Words of Christ––“But one thing is needed…”––and that’s hearing and putting faith in His Word. That is all you need to overcome in life and to be led by Him.

It is sad that many instead of running to God are unconsciously running away from Him engaging themselves in things other than His Word thus not hearing from Him as they ought to. They lack God’s instruction and teaching in their daily walk. Many have become more of human doings than human beings. The only way to have rest in life is to sit at Jesus’ feet hearing His Word and living them. This was what Mary did––she rested in the Lord and His Word.

Stop being troubled and worried about many things when you can be at rest choosing that which is needed. If you want to experience the goodness of God on earth then you need to choose the good part today. It’s never too late. Jesus is the answer and you can trust His Word to guide you through life’s greatest challenge.

You need to give time to God’s Word and sit in His presence to find out His will and ways for you. The answers are already available but it’s up to you to search the Scriptures with the eye of the Spirit and receive instruction for that particular situation. When He instructs you, make sure you are obedient to carry out His orders. Follow His commands and you will get to the expected end!

Instead of thinking of what you can do for God (or Jesus) like Martha, think of knowing and understanding what the Lord has already done for you by sitting at His feet meditating His Words. Gain understanding and get wisdom! When you do this, you will become better equipped to serve the Lord in the right capacity.

The choice is yours––it’s a choice factor––only one thing is needed!

Many Christians know that God created the whole world through His Word. The book of Geneis 1:1-25 talks about the process of creation and how God created everything that we now see by Him simply speaking His Word. We understand from the Bible that the earth was without form, which basically means “empty” (Gen 1:2) but when it got to verse 3, we then begin to see how things that were empty began to manifest as things that we now see.

Verse 3 says, “let there be light”, but if you check the Hebrew version of this verse, it actually says “light be”. God did not have to ask light to come; He commanded light to appear; that is what you call “Ultimate Power”

As Christians, God has given us the power to call things that are not as though they were and that power is His Word through faith. We can see the evidence of this even at the time of creation; God used faith when creating the world. He called things that already existed in the spiritual realm into physical reality.

Since God has given us His word, He expects us to have faith in them so that we can start to manifest the very life that He has prepared for us and call things that are hanging up in the spiritual realm into physical reality.

No one knows what the future holds unless God reveals them to us but God has given Himself to us because the book of John 1:1 says “in the beginning was the word and the word was with God and God Himself was that word”. Genesis records that the Spirit of the Lord was hovering upon the earth and since God is a Spirit, it clearly shows that God is also the very Word that the universe was made with, God spoke it and His Spirit brought it to pass.

It’s high time that we started using the word of God to create things, to restructure our lives and to mould our future. God has given us the building permission (His Word) but He will not come down to build it for us, He expects that we build things ourselves. If what you’re going through is not matching up with what God promised you in His word, then it’s up to you to command those things He has promised to “be” rather just going through life for living sake.

If God promised me a good future, I can decide to start calling that good future to manifestation. However, the simple truth is that the devil will try and manipulate you by saying those things will not work for you even if you see it happening in other’s lives. You have no business having any form of communication with the devil (it’s really time consuming), what you have to do is speak the Word of God (that’s the only thing that shuts him up).

The book of psalm 138:2 says, “God exalts His Word than His name”, which means if He says something, He is obligated to fulfill it, so when you speak His Word according to His will in faith, He will have no choice than to perform it.

I heard a testimony from Jerry Savelle, he said when he and his wife were starting out in the faith journey they had nothing, they had so much debt that they couldn’t afford anything new not even a wooden chair but when they started discovering the promises of God, they were calling those promises into manifestation speaking God’s Word.

They saw a house that they wanted and they started quoting scriptures of owning their own house debt free until it came to pass and everything in the house including table, chairs, TV etc was acquired by standing on the Word of God and confessing it. He said “if it’s in the word of God, then we’ve got to have it”. That’s the mindset you too ought to have––“if it’s in the Word of God, then I’ve got to have it (this includes spiritual things too)”––everything pertaining to life and godliness!

This is the expectation of the Lord from us, He has a good plan for us (Jer 29:11) but we have to stand on that Word. Everything God will do has been done already and they are hanging in the spiritual realm but you have to unhook them by calling what the Lord has promised you into physical manifestation for all eyes to see (it’s not useful to you if it’s sitting in the spirit realm).

Call that job into existence, call those children into physical existence, call that debt free home, that car, those rights, your healing, that business into physical existence. Create your future and everything in it with His Word and believe that what you’re creating is the reality and it will surely come to pass. This doesn’t happen overnight, you’ve got to keep confessing the Word in faith even when you’re faced with challenges and sooner or later the devil will give up once he realizes that his deception no longer works on you.

We are joint heirs with Christ and we have the same rights to the Father’s property as Jesus, so why not start claiming yours now?

I was in my room on the 25^th December seeking the Lord in prayer for guidance in the New Year when I opened my Bible to the book of Psalm to study. But something happened as I got to the Scripture above that I continued pondering and meditating on it. I felt it so strongly impressed in my spirit that I knew it was for me and couldn’t let go.

I meditated long enough on it that it eventually became a personal revelation to me. I actually pictured Jesus standing in front of me and telling me, “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should; I will guide you with my eye.” It made a lot of difference! Until you start seeing the Scripture as God or Jesus speaking to you directly, God’s Word cannot become rhema to you.

You are where you are today based on the way or path you chose to walk in and that path is a product of your decision. If you currently find yourself walking in the wrong path and not achieving the result intended then you need to make a u-turn and make the Lord your Teacher! God, through the Holy Spirit will instruct and teach you in the way you should go if you would believe. He said, “I will…” That means that it is His will to lead you in the right direction and not only that, He will be a map to you––assisting you to make sure that you arrive at the destination.

Stop the guesswork right now! Admit you don’t know the way and He’s ready to give you His master plan. When you follow the help of the Holy Spirit, success is inevitable because He’s already been to the end of the journey even before you started. He is the only one that can guarantee your safe arrival.

When the Lord guides you with His eye, no evil eye can charm you. He covers you in His glory and favour. In short, there’s nothing to worry about. I want you to meditate on this particular verse long enough until you see Jesus standing in front of you speaking this verse to you. There’s more to it that words will fail me to explain it! You’ve got to know and know and know that He will instruct you and teach you when you are faced with the dilemma of what to do.

God is not confused about any detail of your life and knows all the answers to the challenges you are faced with. So, He is the right One to lead you and teach you what to do. Now, you need to make sure that you allow the Word of God to be final authority in your life and follow His lead whenever He speaks to you. Whatever He tells you to do, make sure you do it (John 2:5).

One necessary key you must possess is that of obedience. Make up your mind to believe whatever He says to you and be committed to doing it. You will hear things that are not common and not normal to this world system but don’t be disobedient to the heavenly instruction. Take a bold step of faith and launch out! You will be glad you did. One thing for sure is that God is never wrong. So you can count on that that all will turn out well.

Be a good student; always seeking God’s knowledge and wisdom in the steps to take about any thing. He is interested in the tiniest little detail of your life. I seek His face over every matter without any reservation because He is my Daddy and I know He won’t deny me of whatever I ask Him according to His will. He knows them before you ask anyway by His foreknowledge but He still wants you to ask.

God by His Spirit wants to teach you, lead you, and guide you but you need to make sure you show up in class. Don’t miss the lectures because they are life to those who receive them. Get into your life manual––Bible––and engage the help of the Holy Spirit to receive instructions from the Great Teacher Himself! The class is already in progress; join in right now!

“I am creating something new. There it is! Do you see it? I have put roads in deserts, streams in thirsty lands.” (Isaiah 43:18-19 CEV)

It’s a new beginning and a new season. I welcome you into this glorious season of great opportunities and blessing of the Lord. God has great plans in store for you and He is committed by the blood covenant of His Son to bring them to pass. Now, are you ready to receive and work out His plan for you?

You will need to make some changes in certain areas of your life in order to be a recipient of God’s blessing this year. Let me explain what I mean: whenever the season changes especially from winter to summer, I normally change my wardrobe getting out the winter wears and replacing them with summer clothing (although you have to do that with wisdom with the London weather!)

You need to take similar approach this year to experience the full blessing of this season. You need to get rid of the garments of failures, mistakes, and shame of the previous year (if any) and step out in faith to receive all that God has in store for you and put on the garments of success, blessing, joy, peace, and prosperity. Get this wound in your heart because you might forget if you put it in your head that the devil is not your match and you have nothing to worry about this year as far as the devil is concerned!

You are a full-fledged son purchased with the blood covenant of Christ and your victory is ascertained even before you step into any battle this year. I wish I could tell you that you won’t have any battle or challenge but that will be a lie; even Jesus told us that there will be challenges but to be of good cheer because He has overcome the world (John 16:33).

Now, that you understand that, the next thing you need to do is to completely forget the failures of the previous years. Let bygone be bygone and don’t be a slave to your past. As the Scripture above says, “don’t think about the past”, stop thinking about the past. It will only stop you from entering the future.

I hear a lot of people talk about why they can’t do what they dreamed of doing and they give many reasons why it can’t happen as a result of their past negative experiences. What they fail to understand is that even Jesus, our Lord had negative experiences––He was rejected by His own brothers and citizens––yet, He went on to fulfill His assignment and purpose.

I want you to rise up this year––come up higher––and dare to be different. We read about Jesus, how He influenced the world. Let your story also be told to the world of how your life is impacting the people around you.

Can you see what the Lord is doing? The Scripture above asks the question, “Do you see it?” The truth is that God is not just about to do anything for you this year! No! He’s already got everything pre-planned for you to enjoy but you must be able to see it. If you can see it, you can have it and make it happen. So stop making excuses for what went wrong last year and press in on God’s plan for you. He’s doing a new thing already! Engage the help of the Holy Spirit and see with the eye of your spirit.

As for anyone who will stay and focus on the Lord, supernatural doors of favour will open for great opportunities. If you believe it, you will manifest it. Receive it by faith and God will honour your faith to see to its manifestation. The best day of your life is ahead of you.

If you are like me, then you probably have more than one thing in your heart you want to do and achieve in life and there’s nothing wrong with that. You are probably thinking what can I do better and how can I increase the level of my impact or influence or how can I make my life count more?

Those are great questions that you need to continuously ask yourself on a daily basis. However, there is a need to get in on God’s plan for you rather than fashioning your own scheme separate from God. When you get in on God’s plan, you won’t have to burn out and experience defeat or failure or ask God to bless what you are doing. Rather, you will thank Him for His blessings that manifests as you work out His plan.

God’s plan for you is already blessed! You don’t need to ask God to bless His plan! Oh! How I wish you really understand that. One of the reasons many are not experiencing God’s blessing today is because they have sought after many schemes (plans) for themselves. (Ecc 7:29)

See what the Scripture says in Jeremiah 29:11:

“I alone know the plans I have for you, plans to bring you prosperity and not disaster, plans to bring about the future you hope for.”  (GNT)

“I know what I’m doing. I have it all planned out––plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for.” (The Message)

You see, God has it all figured out unlike you and I. Here’s the good news: you can too! Through the help of the Holy Spirit you too can get in on that same plan. He’s got it all figured out, all the way to eternity. This is not a stimulus plan or an economic or welfare recovery plan. No! It’s the Kingdom plan of God for you. This is the only plan that can get you into that future you hope for. It’s a prosperity and success plan. It’s the blessing plan of God.

All you have to do is seek the face of God with confidence and through faith. If you will ask the Father, He will surely open your eye to the plan so that you can walk in it. Stop running around to make things happen by yourself. Get off plans that are not God inspired and look up to God. I’m not saying that you should be lazy and do nothing. Certainly not! But only get busy with God’s plan.

Each plan of God for His children is unique. So, God’s plan for me won’t necessarily work for you. Stop trying to do what others are doing. Find out God’s will for you. When you keep working out His plan then you will keep experiencing His blessing. Don’t go doing your own thing and later ask Him to bless it! Get in on His plan for you from the beginning and enjoy the blessing.
